International Course on Plant Genome Sequencing using Oxford Nanopore Technology

The course aims to instruct professionals and postgraduate students of careers dealing with plant biological sciences, biochemistry, and related areas in the Oxford Nanopore sequencing methodology and their basic downstream analysis. The course will provide knowledge on high molecular weight genomic DNA extraction, sample processing, ONT sequencing, and bioinformatics data analysis.
